My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering lots of amenities like coffee, bottled water, and microwave popcorn, but there was a noticeable smell of must and pee in the room. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff; however, the location, though great for all ages, had issues like noise from the breakfast area below and dust in some areas. The dining options were beyond expectations, although there were some concerns about kids being rude in the pool. Overall, a decent stay with some notable positives and negatives.

Staying on the SECOND floor was very comfortable; however, the room was never serviced during the whole stay. The hotel allowed us to have the window open all night without losing privacy, which was a plus.

The location in the Manor Apartments was ideal for us. It had a great pool area and a yummy breakfast. Perfect for little kids, and close to Duluth, Minnesota.
